Fraser Speirs interview: FlickrExport and Xjournal developer

I bit the bullet and put this out today for all. Apologies in advance for some audio glitches. For the next show, I plan to give Gizmo Project a spin.

Fraser Speirs joins me to discuss his experience as a Mac developer using Cocoa for his apps: Flickr Export and Xjournal. He is a big fan of web2.0 apps like Flickr and Google Maps; open APIs to these great services and for creating rich client-side interfaces to them.

Check out his LiveJournal site where he blogs daily. He's also been an active voice in the GTD (getting things done) movement. If you're interested in the chatter around GTD, you'll love the 43folders wiki where he was a "barn raiser" assisting Merlin Mann and others to launch this great resource.

Fraser has also been a speaker at O'Reilly events. Be sure and catch up with him next time.

Great work with cocoa radio, it sure is needed in the Cocoa programmer's community. There were some issues with the audio levels with this recent sendint. Fraser's voice was a bit silent and then in the middle of the podcast (about 27 minutes from beginning) the overall audio level went up unexpected.

But the start is always a bit rough, it was very interesting and brilliant in any case, thanks!
